Governance

Ruby's Studio is a member-based not-for-profit (501C-3). Our membership is extremely active and proposes most changes to procedures and programs at the studio’s monthly meetings. Everyone involved with the studio is encouraged to attend. These meetings may cover studio expenditures, policy and major or minor concerns of the membership. The Board of Directors ratifies all decisions, expenditures and policies affecting the studio.
