Rent Increase Notice -

Studio rents are scheduled to increase every two years to keep up with inflation. The rate of the increase is based on the Consumer Price Index for San Francisco. The combined rent increase for this year’s increase is 3.8%

The next increase will go into affect starting March 1st 2010.

New rental rates as follows:


Lockers - $71. per month,

or $61 with 1 hour of Work Exchange.


Full Spaces - $191. per month,

or $181 with 1 hour of Work Exchange.


Half Spaces - $99. per month,

or $89 with 1 hour of Work Exchange.


If you have pre-paid rent for March or beyond you may add the difference for these months when you pay future rent. Please do make a note of this increase for your records.
